Our rose bushes decided they were ready to bloom! Such a wonderful sight to behold!
On Saturday we were invited to a screening of the new movie Austenland, they asked us to come dress in period attire, so of course we couldn't refuse!
We also began work on our new mailbox!
And built ourselves a little composter out of rescued pallets! First step to creating our garden!
On Sunday we had a wonderful time getting to know some of the church members at our new church when we attended their Vision Retreat. It was great learning what is important to them and helping to brainstorm future ways to bring Jesus to the community!
I did a little bit of shopping at Burlington Coat Factory and found these great flower pillows!
I also picked up a new wall clock, now to hang it up!
With all the extra pillows Lucy made herself a little pillow fort!
We have also been making friends with our neighbors in our new hood! We gave our next door neighbor some lemons and she returned our basket full of little peaches!
