Mashed Potato Bar

Here's a fun treat for when you're having a party!  Everyone thinks mashed potatoes are only a side dish, but here they are the main appetizer!

Setting up a mashed potato bar is easy!

Half the fun of this treat its eating it out of an unusual cup, use martini or margarita glasses.

To make this easy for guests to serve themselves and for the potatoes to stay warm just keep the mashed potatoes in a crock-pot on warm.

Offer your guests a nice selection of toppings and you're all set.  Here we have shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chives and sour cream.

To make it easy to identify your cup, make sure you offer guests wine glass markers - such as these fun mustaches!
