From the moment you walk through the front door there are signs of fall.
Ben and I finally got around to hanging up this mirrored window frame that was once my Grannie's. It was the perfect place to put my new pumpkin and owl decorations!
I sent my mom a picture message of the new owl sitting on it, and she informed me that my Grannie collected owl decorations! Fitting that this is where I decided to put him; must have received a message from above...
The piano is now pumpkin central. How many pumpkins do you count? I see 7! I'm loving tucking fall leaves behind the picture frames, but now I need more! I see a trip to the dollar store in my future!
I picked up these super cute pumpkins in the dollar spot at Target last year, they've held up quite well!
Over the summer I spotted these beautiful place mats at Burlington Coat Factory and I've been waiting patiently to bring them out.
I was super excited when I came across this glass hurricane at Tuesday Morning for just $10. I've seen many centerpieces like this one on Pinterest, and couldn't wait to make my own!
The hall table has been turned into a behind the sofa table. It is now sporting the table runner I sewed up last fall. You can learn how I made it here.
I love this lil chihuahua, but due to its little sweater it always gets packed up with the fall decor. Maybe one day I'll knit it some new sweaters so it can stay out year round!
My absolute favorite part of the room is the brick fireplace. Here I kept a lot of my normal decor but added the fall leaves, the Welcome wreath and the FALL banner. You can check out my last year's fall decorations and get the printable for the Fall banner here.
Another new addition to my fall decorations this year is this center piece. I'll have a post coming up soon on how I made it (spoiler: almost everything came from the dollar spot at Target)!!!
Have you started decorating for fall yet? Ben is such a good sport about it with me. The fall leaves begin appearing on September 1st, then the Halloween decorations appear on October 1st and the rest of the fall fun arrives November 1st. It's always good to have a decorating schedule, right?
Everything looks so beautiful and festive for the Autumn season - so glad you shared with us.
