In 2 Weeks...

We will be homeowners!!!  And here she is:

Yes, that's right, both banks accepted the offer and we are entering escrow!  So come along and take a little tour of our new home!

As you enter the front door you view the reverse side of the beautiful brick fireplace and walk into the large family room.

The family room adjoins the dining room and has some wood built-ins.

This then leads into the dining nook off the kitchen.

The kitchen has so much space!

On the other side of the family room is a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Bedroom number 1, for now this will be our guest bedroom.

Bedroom number 2, this will be our office.

Check out this linen closet!  You open the door and the angels sing!!!

Here is the master bedroom with a view into the backyard.

The master bath with double sinks, the shower and toliet are to the left and the walk in closet is to the right.

The house is on a 1/3rd of an acre and has an awesome backyard.  (Soccer goal not included)

But the tire swing stayed!!!

And there is already an area for our garden!

Needless to say I am excited beyond belief!  It is crazy that this dream is coming true!  We've been looking for a house for over a year, and have been waiting to hear back on this house since August, and now the time is here!
